Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking an SEO Manager to join our growing SEO team. You will lead strategies for new and existing accounts, own technical and content SEO execution, and help shape how SEO is delivered across the agency.

You’ll collaborate with Earned and Paid-Media teams, including PR, Content, Social, and Paid Search, and provide data-driven insights to leadership. Remote-friendly role with flexible locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of SEO experience (agency or hybrid).
• Expertise in technical SEO, schema, internal linking, CWV.
• Strong keyword research and content strategy skills.
• Experience with on-page optimization and reporting.
• Familiar with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEO strategies for clients, including execution and evaluation.
• Drive keyword research, gap analyses, and audits.
• Oversee technical SEO initiatives to improve crawlability and indexing.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and analytics teams.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
• Adapt SEO narratives for AI landscape.
