Mindgruve is looking for an SEO Manager in San Diego to lead SEO strategies for clients, integrating SEO processes across teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with PR, Content, Social, and Paid Search teams, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards are met.
The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in SEO and a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields. Competitive compensation includes salary and comprehensive benefits.
Mindgruve is seeking an SEO Manager to join our growing SEO team. This is an individual contributor role with high impact: you’ll help lead strategies across new and existing accounts, own technical and content SEO execution, and help shape how SEO is delivered across the agency.
You’ll work alongside a growing team of senior and junior SEO resources, and collaborate closely with Earned and Paid‑Media teams, including PR, Content, Social, and Paid Search teams. If you thrive in environments where your voice is heard and your ideas are implemented, this is the role for you.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, for eligible full‑time employees we offer a competitive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance; a flexible spending account; voluntary life and accident plans; and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching. We have six office locations in the US: San Diego, California; Los Angeles, California; Covington, Kentucky; Denver, Colorado; Nashville, Tennessee; and Charleston, South Carolina. We’re seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who can work collaboratively with us in one of our offices; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
Mindgruve is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
