Job summary

Haven Services LLC in Columbus, OH is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid digital programs across Google, Meta, Yelp and other platforms. You will own campaigns from setup to optimization, collaborating with marketing leadership to drive qualified leads and booked jobs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, GA4/GTM proficiency, strong CRM data integration, and excellent communication skills to translate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience with measurable results.
• Experience managing multiple Google Ads accounts across different brands or locations.
• Strong command of Google Ads campaign types including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads (LSA).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
• Experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar).
• CRM experience must be comfortable working within a CRM platform to pull reporting and connect advertising activity to revenue outcomes (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
• Google Ads certification required (Search minimum); Meta Blueprint certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills able to present performance data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Haven divisions, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and LSA.
• Build, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across all divisions and service lines.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership and CRM to tie advertising to revenue outcomes.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust bids and budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and test audience strategies and cross-channel reporting dashboards.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting across campaigns.
