Job summary

Risepoint is seeking a dedicated SEO Lead to drive organic growth across university partner websites. You will execute on-page, content, and technical SEO initiatives within a multi-site environment, ensuring optimization and alignment with search demand.

You will collaborate with SEO managers and cross-functional teams to implement recommendations, monitor performance, and deliver consistent results across partner sites.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience executing on-page, content, and technical SEO initiatives.
• Proven ability to identify optimization opportunities and execute SEO recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with managers and teams.
• Familiarity with SEO performance measurement and reporting using analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day SEO Lead – Implement SEO/AEO recommendations across assigned university partner websites.
• Content Auditing & Optimization – conduct regular content audits for topical gaps and demand.
• On-Page SEO Implementation – metadata, internal linking, content structure, keyword alignment.
• Technical SEO Support – identify issues, validate fixes, collaborate with engineering.
• UX and Cross-Linking – review parent .EDU properties for user experience improvements and internal linking.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting – track organic trends and generate lead-focused reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – work with SEO managers and partners to execute on schedule.
• Process & Documentation – maintain workflows and optimization standards for multi-site portfolio.
