About Us:
At Booking.com, data drives our decisions. Technology is at our core. And innovation is everywhere. But our company is more than datasets, lines of code or A/B tests. We\'re the thrill of the first night in a new place. The excitement of the next morning. The friends you encounter. The journeys you take. The sights you see. And the memories you make. Through our products, partners and people, we make it easier for everyone to experience the world.

Role Description:
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking with strong execution and eye for detail. Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Conduct market, performance and competitor analyses to help identify where Booking.com can grow SEO and AEO visibility
  • Support with ad hoc research or executional tasks from the SEO Strategy Team, Editorial Team and other stakeholders
  • Perform or support with technical SEO audits, larger scale data analyses and building dashboards
  • Contribute to monitoring performance of our blog content
Driving Content Excellence
  • Drive content enrichment initiatives and pipelines to improve our content quality (E-E-A-T)
  • Publish, update and maintain content in the CMS when required, keeping our content portfolio accurate, organised and up to date
  • Manage our content calendar solution and brief technical CMS needs and requirements into our Product team
  • Support with large-scale content campaigns, content distribution, outreach and ideation
  • Testing and incubation of potential new content streams before handing over to our Editorial Team
Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with SEO Strategy, Editorial, Localisation, PR and other internal stakeholders to support shared SEO/AEO and content goals
  • Coordinate with internal and external contributors to help deliver content projects end to end, adhering to brand- and style guidelines
  • Balance planned work with incoming requests while maintaining quality, delivery timelines and contributing to quarterly targets
Qualifications & Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in SEO and/or Content Marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and international SEO principles
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and content workflows
  • Affinity or experience with technical SEO and larger scale data analyses
  • Good stakeholder and project management skills
