Search Atlas is hiring a SEO Customer Success Team Lead to own a book of SEO clients and build AI systems that automate the CSM operation. You will lead the team, coach members, and ensure client strategies meet enterprise standards while expanding retention and upsell.

You should bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO, experience with enterprise clients, and proficiency with HubSpot. This role is remote within the US/Canada with EST hours, offering ownership and rapid impact.

3+ years hands-on SEO at agency or enterprise level.
Experience leading a customer success or client-facing team.

Strong with HubSpot.
Familiar with Search Atlas or similar SEO platforms.

What you'll own

Build AI systems that run the CSM operation without you. Dashboards, automations, alerts. This is make or break.
Lead and grow the CSM team. Coaching, performance reviews, training, and hiring people who know SEO.
Manage your own book of business. You're a player and a coach.
Be the SEO backbone of the team. Spot check client strategies and fix what's off.
Own retention and upsell. Handle escalations, run churn post mortems, and hit quarterly revenue targets.
Run the team on EOS. Set the ROCKs and make sure they get done.

What we're looking for

Proof you've built AI tools that work on their own. Dashboards, automations, agents. Be ready to show us.
3+ years of hands on SEO at an agency or enterprise level. Technical SEO, on page, link building, and content strategy. This is a hard requirement.
2+ years leading a customer success or client facing team.
Experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
Strong with HubSpot.
Familiar with Search Atlas or similar SEO platforms.
Background in SaaS or high growth tech.
Based in the US or Canada and able to work EST hours.
