Job summary
Search Atlas is seeking an SEO Customer Success Team Lead to own a book of SEO clients, build AI systems to run the CSM operation, and coach a growing team. This fully remote role within the US/Canada requires hands-on technical SEO, enterprise experience, and comfort with HubSpot and the Search Atlas platform. Location: Remote, EST hours.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands on SEO at an agency or enterprise level.
- 2+ years leading a customer success or client facing team.
- Experience with enterprise or Fortune 500 clients.
- Familiar with HubSpot and enterprise SEO platforms.
- Background in SaaS or high growth tech.
- Based in the US or Canada and able to work EST hours.
Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that run the CSM operation with dashboards and automations.
- Lead and grow the CSM team through coaching, performance reviews and hiring.
- Manage your own book of business with ownership and coaching.
- Be the SEO backbone: spot check client strategies and adjust as needed.
- Own retention and upsell; handle escalations and churn post mortems.
- Run the team on EOS; set ROCKs and track completion.
