Job summary

First Direct in Bellevue, Nebraska is seeking an SEO Analyst responsible for identifying and implementing search engine optimization strategies to increase organic traffic and improve site visibility.

You will analyze site structure, keywords, and content performance; draft and execute unified SEO campaigns; monitor metrics, report results, and collaborate with marketing teammates to optimize user experience and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of website optimization techniques and ranking algorithms.
• Experience with CMS and web content management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current SEO of the assigned website, including site and page structure and internal linking; provide optimization recommendations.
• Draft, define, and implement unified SEO strategies and campaigns to drive long-term site traffic.
• Research and analyze visibility of the website, blogs, social media accounts, and e-commerce pages.
• Analyze SEO traffic metrics such as referrals and keyword rankings.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to provide guidance on SEO and user experience.
• Recommend content revisions to improve SEO and increase visibility; update keywords and links.
• Monitor SEO efforts; collect data and report results to the team.
• Stay current on developments and best practices in SEO.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
