Job summary

Fisher Investments in Wisconsin is seeking an SEO Analyst to help execute the firm's search engine optimization and reputation management strategy. You will review content for alignment with assignment requirements, produce reports on performance, collect data on FI and competitor sites, and propose refinements based on observed metrics.

This onsite role with possible hybrid options involves managing projects from planning through deployment, coaching junior teammates, and developing dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of digital organic marketing or public relations experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to derive insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy and organization.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred.
• Experience with SEO tools Screaming Frog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage program to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Lead project phases from envisioning through deployment.
• Report project performance to management.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Coach, mentor and motivate junior team members.
• Work onsite in a team environment while supporting reputation strategy.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis as needed.
• Prepare dashboards and regular reporting for management.
• Coordinate off-page activities like influencer outreach.
• Monitor search results and performance across major channels.
• Maintain documentation related to SEO activities and project plans.
