Job summary

Fisher Investments in Washington state is seeking an SEO Analyst who works in the office to help execute our SEO and reputation management strategy. You will review content for alignment, produce reports on performance, collect data on FI and competitors' websites, and propose refinements based on metrics.

You'll maintain team documentation, coach junior teammates, and handle on-site collaboration in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• At least 3 years of digital organic marketing, public relations, or equivalent experience.
• Highly developed qualitative and/or quantitative skills required.
• Ability to analyze various situations and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time across tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Proficient with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred.
• Proficient with SEO analysis tools such as ScreamingFrog, AHREFs, SEMRush, Moz preferred.
• Knowledge of website content and coding guidelines as provided by search engines with significant market share preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a program to ensure the elements meet business requirements.
• Manages all phases of various projects from envisioning through deployment.
• Reports on project performance to leadership.
• Identifies process improvements and implements solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coaches, mentors, and motivates junior team members.
• Works onsite, in a team-based open office environment.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis.
• Prepare dashboards and regular reporting for management.
• Coordinate off-page activities like influencer outreach.
• Monitor and evaluate search results and performance across major search channels.
• Develops new reports for senior management.
• Maintains documentation related to SEO activities and project plans.
