Job summary

Virtual Latinos is seeking an experienced SEO & AI Search Manager to guide the Organic & AI growth function across SEO, AI visibility, content, digital PR, research, and automation. You will lead four specialists across Content, Digital PR, Data & Research, and Visibility, translating business goals into an integrated Organic & AI strategy and roadmaps.

The role requires 5+ years in SEO and advanced English, with a track record in B2B lead generation and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SEO, organic growth, digital marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and organic acquisition.
• Advanced professional English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
• Understanding of AI search, AEO, and LLM-based search concepts.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automation, AI tools, and scalable workflows.
• Proven people leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across SEO, content, PR, and AI visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four specialists.
• Set weekly and quarterly priorities, ownership, and performance expectations.
• Conduct 1:1s, provide feedback, and support professional development.
• Integrate SEO, Content, PR, Research, and AI Visibility into one function.
• Translate business goals into an Organic & AI strategy and roadmaps.
• Oversee quarterly roadmaps across SEO, AI Visibility, Content, Digital PR, and Research.
• Balance short-term opportunities with long-term topical authority and AI visibility.
• Own KPIs like Organic Full Applications, Organic SQLs, and MQL-to-SQL conversion.
• Provide regular performance reporting and strategic recommendations.
