Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate SEO/AEO Strategist to transform search data into a forward-looking roadmap. You will collaborate across the Paid Media Team, LOBs, and partners to drive growth through SEO/AEO initiatives and content optimization.

The role emphasizes data-driven strategy, AI discovery approaches, and executive-ready reporting to inform business outcomes and conversions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEO and/or digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results through SEO/AEO.
• Ability to build strategy from search data and translate into executive narrative.
• Strong executive communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

Responsibilities

• Analyze organic performance, shifts in customer intent, and competitive movement to inform content strategy and channel priorities across owned web experiences.
• Bring a clear point of view on AI-powered discovery, optimizing content to be surfaced in AI answers/overviews and other answer-first experiences; convert patterns into content, information architecture, and optimization recommendations.
• Build and own a content roadmap mapped to intent and funnel stage; audit content for accuracy and relevance; improve underperforming pages to lift discoverability and conversions.
• Create executive-level presentations and report insights, recommendations, and performance to senior stakeholders.
• Own channel reporting: convert performance data into prioritized insights, actions for partners and leadership; connect SEO/AEO to business outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify top-down themes, validate with bottom-up sizing, forecasts, and test-and-learn plans.
• Provide strategic and executional leadership across Content, Web, Analytics, and channel teams.
