Job summary
Yotpo is seeking its first Customer Success Manager for Yotpo Discover, a strategic, hands-on role to build the CS motion from the ground up. You will own post-onboarding relationships through renewal, partnering with Account Managers and CS teams to drive retention and expansion.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SEO/AEO/digital strategy, with hands-on SEO expertise and a track record of translating insights into measurable client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, AEO, organic search, or digital strategy.
- Experience advising clients on search strategy and translating insights into tangible outcomes.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive outcomes.
- Able to explain AI-powered discovery concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Own post-onboarding relationships through renewal, driving retention and expansion.
- Help design and scale the Discover CS motion with playbooks and success plans.
- Lead AEO optimizations and translate AI-discovery insights into recommendations.
- Partner with Product to shape roadmap via customer feedback and use cases.
- Lead QBRs and executive conversations aligning customer goals with product strategy.
- Identify risk early and drive resolution strategies.
