Job summary

YipitData is seeking an Associate SEO and AEO Manager to build and own the company’s discoverability and organic growth engine. You will map buyer questions, create a data-driven content roadmap, and steer content production with the YipitAgent team and cross-functional partners.

You will lead technical and on-page SEO, implement structured data, and track impact on organic sessions, citations, and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, content marketing, or organic growth with focus on AI search visibility.
• Fluent with modern SEO toolkit and active experimentation with AI visibility tools.
• Think in questions and answers; map buyer journeys to publishable content briefs.
• Write clear, specific content briefs and maintain sharp editorial standards.
• Comfortable with crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data and working with engineers.
• Build systems from scratch and stay current on how search engines and LLMs affect discovery.
• Collaborate across content, product, design and sales and communicate priorities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own YipitData’s overall SEO and AEO strategy from foundations to surface of content.
• Map buyer questions along the journey and translate into a prioritized content roadmap.
• Coordinate with content teams and verify content before live publication.
• Build and maintain tracking/metrics for content velocity, non-branded and AI-sourced sessions.
• Iterate on content performance with a disciplined refresh program.
• Shape third-party presence on Reddit, Quora, Crunchbase, G2, and industry directories.
• Work with PR on citation strategy to become a go-to data source.
• Implement structured data, schema, internal linking, and technical SEO with engineers.
• Run experiments on titles, formats, structure, and distribution.
