Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT is seeking a Senior Principal Quality Analyst to support mission assurance and quality programs for Sentinel initiatives. You will assess performance, manage risks, and coordinate with PQM and IPT teams to ensure requirements are met.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong QA/QMS experience, and a track record in manufacturing quality controls and data-driven decision making. A 9/80 schedule may apply, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 8+ years quality/inspecting/manufacturing experience; Master’s with 6+ years; 4 years may substitute.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance required at application time and SAP eligibility within a reasonable period.
• Experience developing and implementing Mission Assurance or Quality Assurance plans and familiarity with QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Support MA functions to ensure mission success and assess Sentinel performance and risks.
• Assist PQM with Sentinel Mission Assurance/Program Management requirements.
• Develop and maintain Sentinel Program Metrics and QA plans.
• Prepare and execute Program Review packages and Corrective Action Requests.

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Sr. Principal Quality Analyst. This position is located In Roy, Utah and supports the SDS Division.

What You’ll Get To Do:

Qualified candidates will support MA functions to ensure mission success Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of Sentinel achievements. Assesses Sentinel performance and risks, also determines resources to ensure mission assurance. Assist the Program Quality Managers (PQM) with all Sentinel Mission Assurance /Program Management requirements. Support, develop, implement and maintain the Sentinel Program Quality Plans. Assist PQM in preparation and execution of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB). Develop and maintain Sentinel Program Metrics. Assist in the preparation of the Program Management Program Review packages. Support PQM with Sentinel Customer Corrective Action Requests. Support IPT MA & QE in Conditional Acceptance requirements and flow down. Monitor timely closure of Conditionally Accepted hardware and work corrective actions with IPT MA & QEs

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off

Basic Qualificaitons:

• Senior Principal Quality Analyst: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of quality/inspecting/manufacturing experience; or a master’s degree and 6 years of quality/inspecting/manufacturing experience. 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need Experience in developing and implementing Mission Assurance or Quality Assurance plans. Working Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems. Strong analytical, testing, and problem-solving skills. Experience with manufacturing, quality controls, inspection and/or non‑conformance controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Mission Assurance Engineering and Quality Engineering practices
• Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for overall program and segments
• Experience in ICBMs or Aerospace programs.
• Project Management Professional or other formal project management training.
• Experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following: Mil-Std, J-STD, IPC inspection, and assembly criteria.

Primary Level Salary Range:

$101,400.00 - $152,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, NorthGrumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in VicePresident or Director positions may be eligible for LongTermIncentives.
