Northrop Grumman in Ogden, UT is seeking a Quality Analyst to support the Mission Assurance Team by tracking nonconformances, improving RI processes, and developing documentation. A strong background in quality systems and nonconforming evaluations is required.

The role involves coordinating corrective actions, working with SAP/ERP and QA procedures, and ensuring compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 standards. This position is on-site in Ogden with defense industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of inspection, quality, or data analytics experience, or 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Nonconforming evaluations and disposition processes.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO 9001/Military Quality Assurance).

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Quality Analyst/ Principal Quality Analyst. This position is located In Ogden, Utah and supports the SDS Division.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Quality Analyst to provide support to our Ogden, UT-based Mission Assurance Team.
• A qualified candidate will support MA functions to ensure mission success through coordinating actions to track, record, disposition, and correct Nonconformances and Quality notification.
• They will assist with Receiving Inspection (RI) activities such as process improvements to Material Disposition, RI flow, and SAP transaction standardization.
• They will assist with procedure development, writing, and documentation management.
• Additionally, a qualified candidate will be involved in resolving, tracking, and trending corrections and corrective actions impacting the Receiving Inspection department and/or the Ogden MA organization.

Basic Qualifications:

• Quality Analyst: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of inspection, quality, or data analytics experience, OR an additional 4 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Nonconforming evaluations and disposition processes.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO 9001/Military Quality Assurance).
• Principal Quality Analyst: 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD.or an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Experience with Nonconforming evaluations and disposition processes.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO 9001/Military Quality Assurance).

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
