Qualifications

• US citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years related experience; 0 with Master's or 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree
• 5 years with Bachelor's; 3 years with Master's; 1 year with PhD; in lieu of degree, 4 years related experience may be considered
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP approval within a reasonable period of time
• Experience briefing executive leadership
• Foundation of EVMS knowledge
• Proficiency in JIRA

Responsibilities

• Integrate and manage between program segments and supporting functional teams through day-to-day operations.
• Plan, monitor, and control work scope within the program area.
• Review project status and budget; manage schedules and issues; develop resolutions.
• Monitor and report project progress; coordinate with senior management for problem solving.
• Generate Change Control Board packages and Budget Change Requests with CAMs/WPLs; brief review boards.
• Maintain high quality of project management work products.
• Foster team building.
