Support technical reviews of all drawings, SOW’s, Requirements documents as required.Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of achievements.Assesses performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.Assist the Program Managers (PM) with all Mission Assurance /Program Management requirements. Develop, implement and maintain the Program Quality Plans.Assign program tasks to the functional area MA & PQE’s. Support program FRBs ensuring identification of root cause and proper implementation of corrective actions and reach back and reach across.Lead in preparation and execution on of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB). Develop and maintain Program Metrics.Preparation of the Program Management Program Review packages. Experience managing people.Active Secret Clearance.Working knowledge of SAP & MES.3 years experience in PR/MRB for DoD contracts.3 years experience working RCCA against systemic issues.2 years experience with supervising or executing quality controls over production or subcontractors.Working knowledge of SAP & MES.Primary Level Salary Range: $126,600.00 - $189,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
