Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Mission Assurance Manager 2 to provide MA/PM leadership for Ogden, Utah or Roy, UT. Lead a team of engineers and inspectors, perform quality reviews, and drive risk management across multiple programs.

Responsibilities include developing Program Quality Plans, supporting PMs, managing budgets, and preparing program review packages. Candidates should have a BS with 8+ years or MS with 6+ years, and the ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science with 8+ years experience, or Master’s with 6+ years experience.
• 2 years experience in a production environment.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship eligible for Special Access Program Clearance

Support technical reviews of all drawings, SOW’s, Requirements documents as required.Performs or assures quality, risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of achievements.Assesses performance and risks, and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.Assist the Program Managers (PM) with all Mission Assurance /Program Management requirements. Support program FRBs ensuring identification of root cause and proper implementation of corrective actions and reach back and reach across.Lead in preparation and execution on of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB). Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
