This role manages complex calendars, coordinates senior‑level meetings and events, prepares executive‑level communications and presentations, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, exercises sound judgment and can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.
This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine‑hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
