  • Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills. Learning agile. Collaborative and strong team spirit. Likes coaching and training. Excellent listener.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and planning skills with a pragmatic mindset.
  • Ability to work in an environment in which priorities, project scope, and time schedules will be set and adjusted often.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and document the approval process for all products being tested with consumers
  • Work autonomously to maintain product inventories, technical databases, project dashboards, and work with global and local partners to keep all shared project folders current
  • Regularly oversee all logistical process involved in receiving and shipment of product samples to external and/or internal tastes as needed
  • Manage annual global technical evaluation of largest share products in both the US and Canada
