Job summary

RSC2, Inc. at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD seeks an Integration Engineer to support PM SAI. The role covers mission equipment, sensors, networking, and software management, with a focus on integration, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years in aerospace/defense, plus an active Secret Clearance and experience with radar/ELINT subsystems. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in aerospace/defense, focused on sensor systems, mission equipment, or related areas.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and engineer support to the Product Director – Sensors Aerial Intelligence (PD-SAI) office.
• Oversees development, integration, and testing of MEP networking/computing subsystems, sensor subsystems, and software management.
• Supports PED design, development, integration, testing, and deployment; reviews cybersecurity processes and procedures.
• Assists with SOW development, proposal review, BOE analysis, and program management tasks.
• Coordinating integration efforts across organizations; coordinating reviews of SOWs, technical proposals, and BOMs.
