The role emphasizes delivering production‑worthy silicon on schedule, advancing verification and reliability, and guiding multi‑functional teams through design and process‑technology challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience designing analog blocks such as current mirrors, high resolution DACs, high resolution ADCs, PLLs/DLLs, oscillators, TIAs, or LDOs.

Responsibilities

• Define silicon requirements with Systems and Platform teams (Touch, Optical, Motion, Health sensors).
• Lead efforts to develop, integrate, characterize, and test silicon.
• Deliver first revision production-worthy silicon per requirements on schedule.
• Drive continuous improvements in analog design methodology for high-quality silicon.
• Collaborate with vendors to manage development of new process technologies and architectures.
• Ensure designs are verified, validated and tested for long-term reliability.
• Manage schedules and support multi-functional engineering efforts.
