Tom Trese Networking in the United States is seeking a Sensor Development Engineer to lead speed and position sensing product development from concept through production launch. You will serve as technical leader, translating customer requirements into robust sensing solutions across magnetic design, sensor electronics, materials, packaging, validation and manufacturing.

• Hands on experience with sensing technologies including VR, Hall-effect, MR, rotary and linear position sensors.
• Understanding of electromagnetic and magnetic circuit design principles.
• Not a designer role; responsible for product from concept through production launch.
• Must know automotive product development processes (APQP/DFMEA/PPAP).

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with one or more of the following sensing technologies:


• Variable Reluctance (VR) sensors


• Hall-effect sensors


• Mangetoresistive (MR) sensors


• Rotary position sensors


• Linear position sensor


• Understanding of electromagnetic and magnetic circuit design principles.


• This is not a designer role. The individual will be responsible for the product from concept through production launch.


• Must know automotive product development processes.


• APQP/DFMEA/PPAP etc.
