Code Ninjas Arlington is seeking a part-time Sensei (Coding Instructor) to coach and mentor kids aged 5–14 at our Arlington center. You’ll learn the curriculum, guide students individually or in small groups, and foster a safe, energetic learning environment after-school and on weekends.
Ideal candidates are students or professionals seeking flexible hours, with a passion for tech, education, and working with children. Training is provided and room for advancement exists.

Senseis are the heart of our dojo. As a Sensei at Code Ninjas Arlington, you will coach, mentor, and inspire young Ninjas while creating an engaging and structured learning environment. You do not need to be a professional software engineer—what matters most is your ability to work with kids, learn our curriculum, and bring positive energy every day.
