Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; teaching and training experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of PC technology, smartphones, tablets, MS Office and Internet.
• Ability to instruct older adults clearly and with cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Teach seniors to use computers, smart devices, and the Internet.
• Lead classroom-style lectures and workshops.
• Prepare and maintain training labs and materials.
• Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment and lab computers.
• Keep training schedules and attendance records.
• Assist with client outreach and data entry.
