Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Engineer Senior to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to assess risks, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with regulations.

In this role you will apply Zero Trust principles, configure ZIA and ZPA, and mentor teams on security best practices, blending technical expertise with business awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Certs such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies within Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay current with Zscaler trends and threats.
