Job summary

EY is seeking a Zscaler Senior Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions across our network infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure strong security posture and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, incident response, and ongoing improvement of Zero Trust strategies, with a focus on ZIA/ZPA and modern IAM practices in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Strong understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP, or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions to protect our network infrastructure.
• Monitor and manage security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment and management of network resources.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
• Implement and manage security policies and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler security best practices.
• Stay current with Zscaler security trends, threats, and technologies.
