Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Zscaler Engineer to oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a secure network infrastructure and adherence to Zero Trust principles.

The role emphasizes risk assessments, incident response, and guidance to internal teams on Zscaler best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network security or related role.
• Strong knowledge of Zscaler security solutions and their features.
• Experience with network security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 compliance.
• Experience with IAM and encryption.
• Relevant certifications such as ZCCP, CISSP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions for the network.
• Monitor and adjust security configurations for Zscaler services.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits of network environments.
• Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployments.
• Respond to security incidents and investigate breaches involving Zscaler.
• Implement and manage security policies within the Zscaler platform.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2.
• Provide guidance and training on Zscaler best practices.
