Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Zscaler Architect within the Data Protection and Privacy team. You will lead defined workstreams, craft solution designs, and guide implementation across identity, endpoint, network, cloud, and data protection domains.

The role emphasizes translating business and regulatory requirements into practical zero-trust architectures, roadmaps, and governance approaches for complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of cybersecurity, network security, zero trust, data protection, or related technology consulting.
• Hands-on implementation/architecture with Zscaler, including ZIA/ZPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zscaler security and data protection workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Design and support Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange solutions (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, Client Connector).
• Develop secure internet/SaaS access designs (SWG, CASB, Cloud Firewall, SSL inspection).
• Create zero trust private application access designs and migration plans.
• Incorporate data protection requirements into designs and incident workflows.
• Support assessments, roadmaps, and architecture activities across security domains.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews across multiple teams.
• Translate requirements into architecture diagrams, traffic-flow designs, and migration plans.
