Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Zscaler Architect to lead defined workstreams within the Data Protection and Privacy team. You will translate business, privacy, and regulatory requirements into practical zero-trust designs covering ZIA, ZPA, and related data protection capabilities, while guiding implementation and delivering high-quality artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of relevant cybersecurity/consulting experience.
• Hands-on Zscaler implementation/architecture experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zscaler security and data protection workstreams (discovery, design, deployment planning).
• Design and support solutions across Zscaler components (ZIA, ZPA, DEX) and data protection capabilities.
• Develop reference designs, traffic-flow diagrams, and implementation guidance for zero trust architectures.
• Coordinate client workshops and stakeholder interviews across security, privacy, and IT teams.
