Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior within the Data Protection and Privacy team to lead Zscaler security and zero trust workstreams. You will translate business, security, privacy, regulatory, and technology requirements into practical zero trust designs and implementation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security, zero trust, data protection, identity, endpoint, cloud security, privacy, compliance, or related technology consulting.
• Hands-on implementation/architecture experience with Zscaler, including Zscaler Internet Access or Zscaler Private Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead defined Zscaler security and data protection workstreams from discovery through deployment planning and transition.
• Design and support solutions across the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange, emphasizing ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and Client Connector.
• Develop secure internet and SaaS access designs covering gateway, CASB, cloud firewall, SSL inspection, and policy enforcement patterns.
• Create zero trust private application access designs including App Connector placement and migration from legacy VPN.
• Incorporate data protection requirements into Zscaler designs with cloud DLP and inline inspection.
