Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Zscaler Architect to design secure access, privacy, and data protection solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead defined workstreams, develop architecture designs, and guide implementation with senior oversight.

This role requires hands-on Zscaler experience, collaboration across security and IT teams, and the ability to translate business needs into practical zero-trust roadmaps and deployment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3-6 years of relevant cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Hands-on implementation/architecture experience with Zscaler (ISA and/or Private Access).

Responsibilities

• Lead defined Zscaler security and data protection workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Design and support Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange solutions (ISA, Private Access, Digital Experience, Client Connector).
• Develop secure internet/SaaS access designs including WGA, CASB, cloud firewall, SSL inspection.
• Develop zero trust private application access designs including App Connector placement and privileged access.
• Incorporate data protection requirements into Zscaler designs and integrate with enterprise controls.
• Support assessments, roadmaps, and architecture activities across security, privacy, cloud, identity and endpoint teams.
• Facilitate client workshops and translate requirements into architecture diagrams, traffic flows, and policy models.
• Create reference patterns, design decisions, and implementation guidance for Zscaler projects.
• Provide direction to junior resources and contribute to a collaborative delivery environment.
• Support proposals and client presentations for Zscaler and zero trust opportunities.
• Develop reusable design artifacts and stay updated on Zscaler platform developments.
