Truist Financial Corporation’s Mainframe Engineering team is seeking a Lead z/OS Systems Programmer to act as the technical leader for the z/OS group. This hands-on role will guide complex engineering work, oversee upgrades, resolve incidents, set standards, and ensure availability, security, and resilience of the mainframe platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering.
7+ years in infrastructure engineering.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure tech.
Extensive z/OS systems programming experience.
Leadership and mentoring of engineers.
Strong communication with executives.
Financial services experience preferred.
