Qualifications

• 5+ years of mainframe experience within the last 8 years.
• Experience with DBMS: DB2, IMS, ADABAS; performance tuning and database design.

Responsibilities

• Plan and upgrade database environments for mainframes.
• Verify health of databases; perform backups and recovery planning.
• Provide DBMS consulting to development and operations teams.
• Perform production maintenance and capacity planning.
• Conduct performance reviews and database space management.
