Responsibilities

• Oversee DR solutions, monitoring, and capacity planning on daily/monthly/yearly cycles.
• Develop and manage project plans for hardware/software upgrades and cost reductions.
• Mentor staff to meet timelines and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate with vendors for capacity, procurement, and maintenance schedules.
