Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of mainframe engineers, setting priorities and goals.
• Own technical strategy, roadmap, and execution for mainframe development.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of mainframe software.
• Provide direction for z/OS and Parallel Sysplex environments.
• Lead project planning, manage scope, risks, and resources.
• Drive incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure change management, access controls, and audit readiness.
