Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or relevant field is required/strongly preferred.
• Experience with child protection, foster care, or family preservation is expected.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team delivering protective services to children and families.
• Ensure policy compliance, staff development, and quality case management.
• Coordinate with courts and service providers to safeguard children.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage staff scheduling and training.
• Maintain documentation and reports for program accountability.
