Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital media experience, preferably within programmatic or social media.
• Proven track record in yield management, ad tech, or revenue optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Prisma, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, other BI tools.
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial processes, and media industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Yield Management: Balance supply and demand across inventory types to monetize effectively.
• Forecast and manage Orion inventory availability.
• Support dynamic pricing models based on performance data and demand forecasts.
• Operational Leadership & Workflow Optimization: Lead processes and improve efficiency.
• Support Orion workflows within Prisma and Internal Trackers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with taxonomies, templates, and contractual standards.
• Support invoice approvals, intercompany billing, and monthly reconciliation processes.
• Team Management & Development: Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performing team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive alignment.
