Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in circuit design, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 4 years of relatable experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Knowledge of circuit design, test, and submicron FET architectures.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive yield and product performance for 45nm nodes and below in high-volume production.
• Investigate root causes of yield and functionality issues.
• Use data analysis, failure analysis, and device knowledge to identify improvements.
• Engage with customers on weekly calls with yield status updates.
• Collaborate with Test, Integration and Process Modules to implement improvements.
• Support process module engineering to improve cost, cycle time, and robustness.
• Support customer engineering to meet external requirements.
