Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years writer-editor experience.
  • Strong grammar, editing and style knowledge incl. Chicago Manual of Style.
  • Experience with SharePoint and web content management.
  • Knowledge of data visualization and basic graphic design principles.
  • Ability to write in plain language for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and edit audit, evaluation, inspection, and investigation reports and related documents.
  • Ensure clarity, logical organization, and compliance with editorial standards.
  • Advise staff on messaging, criteria, and revisions to support conclusions.
  • Develop web content and internal communications with accessibility in mind.
  • Coordinate with authors and manage editorial print and web publications.
