A $5,000 sign-on bonus reflects our commitment to attracting experienced clinical leaders. This role oversees clinical supervision across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality client services and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active California LCSW or LMFT license; eligible supervisor for associates.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff and interns at multiple sites.
• Provide weekly group and individual supervision to pre-licensed Masters level staff.
• Provide weekly clinical group supervision to paraprofessional staff.
• Provide consultation, training, and support to all counseling staff.
• Develop and implement in-service training for clinical programs.
• Review clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.).
• May participate in grant development.
