Centric Brands seeks an experienced, detail-oriented designer to bridge concept and production for womenswear in a fast-paced environment. You will translate ideas into technical flats, manage specs, and partner with mills and vendors to ensure quality and fit.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 5+ years experience in women's ready-to-wear design across all categories.
• Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, patternmaking principles, and fit across Knits. Wovens, Tailoring & Outerwear.
• Bonus: Previous experience with sweater design and knitwear construction is a major plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for product, attention to detail, and a strong eye for color, proportion, fabrication, and styling.

Aufgaben

• Seasonal Concept & Trend Development: research trend directions, create elevated concepts, build mood boards and color stories, collaborate on seasonal narratives.
• Design & Product Creation: develop women's woven and knit categories from concept to pre-production, create technical sketches and specs, partner on fit and construction, manage sample development with mills and vendors.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: work with Production, Merchandising, and vendors to align line plans and ensure feasibility.
• Calendar & Process Management: manage design deliverables to development calendar, prepare seasonal collections for leadership and showroom meetings.
