Centric Brands is seeking a Design Director Women’s RTW to lead seasonal concepts, trend development, and end-to-end design for the woven assortment from concept through pre-production. You will collaborate across Creative, Merchandising, Technical Design, Production, and external vendors to deliver elevated product that aligns with the Joe's Jeans DNA and market timing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design or related field.
• 7–10 years in women's ready-to-wear design with experience across categories.
• Strong understanding of woven fabrics, garment construction, fit, and patternmaking.
• Experience in contemporary or premium apparel market.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead seasonal concept and trend development for woven RTW.
• Design and develop women's woven and knit assortments from concept to pre-production.
• Create technical sketches and start specification packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timing, cost, and quality targets.
• Manage design boards, archives, and PLM entries.
