Job summary

Heritage Auctions, based in Dallas, seeks an experienced professional for its World Coins division to manage client relationships, grow consignor networks, and oversee coin inventory for auctions and private sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in world coin sales, strong numismatic knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Travel to coin shows is expected to promote company offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in selling World Coins.
• Strong knowledge of Numismatics, sales, negotiation, and trading.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a client list with collectors, dealers and new buyers to ensure long-term engagement.
• Travel to coin shows and related events to represent Heritage Auctions, source consignments and expand client networks.
• Organize and manage coin inventory, including cataloging, pricing, and preparing items for auction or private sale.
• Execute sales strategies to meet individual and departmental goals while providing exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations and cataloging to support auction preparation and execution.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
