Job summary

Fidelity is seeking an EI&O Workplace Technology Program Manager to lead large-scale technology programs that transform the workplace experience. You will guide planning, coordination, and execution across Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, End User Computing, Security, Product Management, and external partners.

You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives spanning network infrastructure, wireless, audiovisual systems, and end-user technology services,

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale office renovations and campus builds with technology focus.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives with multiple business and technology teams.
• Ability to develop program roadmaps, budgets, dependencies, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology programs spanning network, wireless, AV, and workplace platforms.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, End User Computing, Security, and Product Management.
• Develop executive-level communications and present status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
