Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking an EI&O Workplace Technology Program Manager to lead large-scale workplace technology programs, coordinating with Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, End User Computing, Security, Product Management, and partners.

You will drive planning, coordination, and execution for office builds, renovations, relocations, and workplace modernization, delivering technology rooms, cabling, wireless, AV, and end-user services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience leading and managing large-scale office renovations and campus builds, focusing on technology rooms, structured cabling, wireless, audio-visual, and smart building technologies.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business and technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse groups.
• Deep knowledge of program management frameworks, tools, and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery, risk management and governance practices.
• Proven ability to develop and manage program roadmaps, integrated project plans, budgets, dependencies, schedules, risks, issues, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Establish governance, drive accountability, and coordinate successful program execution while balancing immediate business needs with long-term strategic objectives.
