Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design, business, or real estate field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in workplace strategy or transformation.
• Commercial real estate experience required.
• Experience delivering workplace assessments and space programming.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and cross-time zone work ability.
• Knowledge of CAD/Revit, 3D visualization, SketchUp, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze headcount projections, adjacency, and utilization to inform space programs.
• Develop workplace programs and space planning recommendations.
• Define and evolve workplace strategy processes and templates.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for transformations.
• Create change and communication plans aligned with milestones.
• Build relationships with leaders, sponsors, and change networks.
• Drive adoption of workplace initiatives and improve productivity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor others.
