This role delivers point-in-time financial planning and investment recommendations within a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualified candidates hold a CFP designation, have 3+ years of financial planning experience, and can obtain FINRA licenses (Series 7 & 63) within the required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, point-in-time financial planning and investment guidance through virtual consultations.
• Evaluate participants' goals and retirement needs to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Conduct discovery conversations and build trusted relationships that support positive participant outcomes.
• Serve as a resource on workplace retirement plans, investments, and financial planning topics.
• Collaborate across teams to support participant needs and plan sponsor objectives.
• Participate in business initiatives and special projects.
