Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial interior design or interior architecture, preferably workplace interiors.
• Strong experience with construction documents and interior detailing.
• AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.
• Revit-based 3D modeling and rendering experience like Enscape or similar.
• Experience on built commercial interior projects, not solely conceptual design work.
• Strong hand-sketching and conceptual visualization skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of workplace planning and commercial interior detailing.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial workplace interior projects from programming through construction administration.
• Develop space plans, test fits, and design concepts for workplace environments.
• Guide design direction and evaluate solutions based on client goals and project requirements.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and interior systems.
• Produce and oversee construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams throughout all project phases.
• Support project execution while maintaining high standards of design and technical excellence.
• Participate in workplace strategy discussions and research emerging industry trends.
